The Marathon/ Fitness Fanatic Runner
I had been suffering with shin splints for over 3 years and as a keen football player and marathon runner I had tried everything to cure the pain from the doctor, to physio, to insoles and to massage. Nothing worked. Chia suggested I tried Reiki, which I was initially very sceptical of but remained open to. I can honestly say that I would not have believed the outcome had this not worked for me - twice.

Within 10 days of a Reiki treatment, I was back playing football on sand-based astro-turf without any negative after-effects. On a separate occasion, three weeks before the London Marathon in fact, I strained tendons in my right foot but could not travel to see Chia. So, she conducted Distance Reiki a week before. It, surprisingly, enabled me to successfully complete the 26 mile run. Although I maintained fitness through cycling, 3 days before the race I had struggled to run 1 mile without pain. I was amazed and very appreciative. Thank you Chia.


The Sceptic
I had never had Reiki before but heard some good things about it, although I was still quite sceptical. I decided to give it a go and had a session with Chia. Since it was my first time, I wanted to have it done by somebody that I felt comfortable with and that's exactly how Chia made me feel. I have to say that after this session I am not that sceptical anymore. The energy that Chia has is amazing. I can highly recommend Chia, especially if it's your first time.


Reiki is a great Emotional Release
I've had Reiki a few times now and Chia has certainly always been my most favourable and memorable sessions. Not only does Chia have immense amounts of energy which you can definitely feel during the session, she is extremely professional, understanding of your individual needs and has a calming effect on you as soon as you meet with her. The sessions have always left me feeling relaxed and has allowed me to release emotional and stressful tension that I had been storing. Thank you Chia.
